Risks
If the risks mentioned below materialize, the duration of the project may be extended, and any additional amount for the project will be determined through mutual agreement.
1. Violation of assumptions and constraints specified in the assumptions and constraints document;
2. Negligence or unavailability of responsible personnel due to illness or other circumstances;
3. Client collects and provides conflicting information;
4. Incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the client is discovered;
5. Client changes requirements leading to insignificance of collected and provided information;
6. Inability of the client to complete the process of information collection and presentation;
7. Client provides information in an inconsistent format;
8. Comments on functional points of the program that need to be performed as additional work for the program that is not in the TOR and TZP of the Client;
9. Failure of the Client to provide all necessary conditions for the description of the validation procedure in the document "Description of the Validation Procedure" on time;
10. When the responsible person of the Customer, who is responsible for the acceptance of the work performed by the executor and for determining its compliance with the TZP and UTZP, does not have an assistant;
11. Identification of untrained employees of the Client as users of AIMS;
12. Incorrect information entered into the system by the Client who is a user;
13. Comparison of reporting data from AIMS with the specifics of previous settlements or with sources that do not coincide with AIMS data during the integration of integrated systems;
14. Attempts by users to work with NIS that do not comply with the instructions or situations not considered during the design of NIS;
15. Changes in the organization or management structure of the Customer's organization or management structure during project planning, without the organization of NIS;
16. Inconsistencies or conflicts in the operation of integrated systems that transfer data to AMIS;
17. Disagreements in the work of NIS units referred to the IT department of the Customer;
18. Contractor does not comply with all necessary measures for the description of the validation procedure in the description of the validation procedure;
19. Technical problems with the equipment of the Contractor that are not related to the activity of the Customer, as well as problems related to remote access to the Customer's server and workstations, are not the responsibility of the Contractor;
20. Technical problems with the equipment of the Contractor not related to the activity of the Customer, as well as problems related to remote access to the Contractor's server and workstations, are not the responsibility of the Customer;
21. The increase in the overall project duration is determined separately for each of the above bundles and included in the total increase in the project duration;
22. By increasing the overall project duration, an additional amount for the project will be determined.
Assumptions and Limitations
The Parties agree:
1. The Customer is responsible for setting tasks for the automation of accounting records;
2. The Client is authorized in the field of applying international standards and the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
3. The Customer is skilled in the field of MS SQL hardware and software;
4. The Client is authorized to conduct the validation procedure and accept the completed work;
5. The Customer is committed to using auxiliary software used to verify output data from AIMS (MS Excel, etc.);
6. The Customer is committed and has full access to the program software required for integration with AIMS;
7. The responsible persons of the Parties are present throughout the project, but if they are absent within 1 week, they must be replaced;
8. The obligations of the participants of the project for the project are allocated a sufficient amount of time to fulfill their obligations;
9. Employees of the Customer involved in the project are sufficiently motivated;
10. The functionality of the NIS does not deviate from the scope of the Functional and Technical Requirements initially presented by the Client in the document "System Requirements";
11. While developing the system, the Contractor cannot make any changes to the platform part of the program at the request of the Client, because such changes are prohibited by the software supplier - 1C company, as well as to basic configuration blocks (e.g. parameters of settlements and settlement policies;
12. The Client does not attempt to transfer the experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and other products of producers to the design of 1C platforms and configurations;
13. The Customer fulfills the technical equipment requirements of the Contractor;
14. Remote departments will work on the main office server, either from the main office or by remotely connecting to the main office server.
