History of the Question:

In 1991, the developer of 1C released the first version of the 1C: Enterprise platform, which demonstrated that similar accounting operations could be automated. This marked the end of the era when accountants manually filled in reports and accounts. Today, 1C software products are a standard for accounting, management, and other types of accounting in small and medium-sized businesses. The process of automating this business starts with 1C products and continues through their use.

The organizational structure of 1C consists of two levels: first, the 1C company itself and its team of specialists; second, the franchisees. Franchisees are partner organizations in Russia, CIS countries, and Baltic countries. Through them, 1C: Enterprise software is distributed, successfully implemented, and used by various enterprises. Over the years, they develop and modernize the capabilities of the 1C system, releasing new versions of 1C: Enterprise that resonate with numerous government and commercial organizations. One of the most significant advantages of 1C is the ability to adapt the program's standard features to the specifics of any organization, its characteristics, business processes, and customer requirements in an agile manner.

1C franchisees have been active in Azerbaijan since 1997. Many different organizations have appreciated the efficiency and rationality of automated accounting, and eagerly become customers of this company. For over 20 years, 1C: Enterprise has been successfully used by various hotels, stores, restaurants, banks, medical institutions, factories, and supermarkets in Azerbaijan.

The analysis of 1C clients in Azerbaijan allows categorizing them into 5 groups based on the amount of the contract:

  4. Large Clients (100,000 to 1,000,000 AZN);

  5. Very Large Clients (1,000,000 to 10,000,000 AZN).
